BUILD • GROW • SECURE: an introduction to the seven areas of GAP's economic development framework.

Build • Grow • Secure

Gambia Action Party's campaign framework connects national development, economic opportunity and long-term resilience. Its motto is Mass Development Through Mass Action.

Seven economic pillars

Agriculture and Food Security; Banking and Finance; Port and Maritime Development; Natural Resources, Oil, Gas, and Mining; Youth Development and Employment; Cost of Living; Digital Economy.

From framework to implementation

The GAP Economic Development Plan covers 2026–2031. The accompanying roadmap moves from initial assessment to medium-term implementation and a longer-term direction extending into years four to ten.

A clear distinction

The seven economic pillars are not presented as the official twelve-point manifesto. This editorial overview explains the documented framework; approved policy documents will supply detailed commitments.
